Clemco Wetblast FLEX

Clemco's all-in-one WETBLAST FLEXTM system gives you the convenience you don't get from traditional slurry systems. Its design and simplified setup and operation make for an easier end-of-shift shutdown. By mixing the abrasive and water after it leaves the blast machine, you never have to empty a machine of a messy water/abrasive mix. Flexible set up options allow you to position the water injector either at the base of the blast machine or at the nozzle – your choice. With the injector at the nozzle, you can adjust the water/abrasive mix at any time. You can dry-blast with the FLEX, simply remove the injector adaptor mounted at the base of the machine, and turn off air to the pump. 

Schmidt Bulk Blasting Systems

All bulk units are standard with the popular Halok closure unit (a safety device by Axxiom to protect personnel while operating the closure), Ergo-Ladder and CEN blowdown system.  These high productivity blasting systems feature multi-outlet Thompson Valve II controls that allow each operator independent control of the blast outlets. Hi-Flow Auto Air valves are also standard which provide minimal pressure loss when using large nozzles.

Either available in packages or individually, the low maintenance design of this machine will help minimize downtime and while increasing productivity. If needed, custom systems can be designed to meet specific requirements with a multitude of options; these units usually feature closed, fail-safe valves and controls for greater safety and performance.
